• Controlled Overhead – We carefully control overhead and focus the bulk of our costs in our people. It means better rates for our clients. But it also means that our attorneys have a more collegial environment to work, without arbitrary or unduly burdensome billable hour requirements. They have the freedom to become a thoughtful contributor in the execution of each client’s business model.
• Lawyers should craft their services to the business needs of their client, rather than the client modifying its needs to how its lawyers do business. – The law has become far too complex for any firm to say that they can meet all the legal needs of any business. But our “people first,” controlled cost approach means that we can craft our representation to our clients' needs without the pressure to capture more or at higher rates.
